Terms of Service


1. After opting-in to the service, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup. As part of FACT24 Alerting, we will use the short code to send emergency notifications to participants, who have opted in to receive alerts.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 322824. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text "HELP" to 322824. After you send the SMS message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.

4. 5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. The frequency of the alerting messages does vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

6. Alerts sent via SMS may not be delivered to you if your phone is not in range of a transmission site, or if sufficient network capacity is not available at a particular time.

Even within a coverage area, factors beyond the control of your wireless carrier may interfere with message delivery, including the customer's equipment, terrain, proximity to buildings, foliage, and weather. You acknowledge that urgent alerts may not be timely received and that your wireless carrier does not guarantee that alerts will be delivered.
