07. May 2007
In the first quarter of 2007, F24 AG founded three new subsidiaries: F24 France SARL (Paris), F24 Servicios de Comunicación S.L.U. (Madrid) and F24 Czech Republic s.r.o. (Prague). Management coordination of the existing subsidiary F-24 UK Ltd. (London) was also transferred to the subsidiary headquarters in January 2007. In 2006, F24 AG succeeded in increasing sales revenues of its FACT24 Notification and Conferencing Service by 30 per cent to EUR 1.08 million. The internationalisation of the company’s business model now promises continued significant growth rates over the medium to long term. Over 10 per cent of F24 AG’s 180 or so existing clients are already based internationally. FACT24 has thus been implemented in the emergency plans of numerous internationally operating companies, and is used as an emergency and crisis communication solution by companies in Austria, Switzerland, Romania, the UK and Asia. “Our international subsidiaries are breaking into largely virgin markets which hold the potential for enormous growth”, affirms Christian Götz, member of the management board of F24 AG and responsible for establishing the new locations. “We consistently adapted the business idea of our FACT24 product family to the new target markets. Companies will benefit from the multilingual basis of our notification and conferencing service, its hardware and software-independent functions and its high availability.”
Experienced executives were recruited for all sites. CEOs
Jacques Doremus (France),
Juan Manuel Gil Bote (Spain),
Robert Fridrich (Czech Republic) and
Steve Jelly (United Kingdom) are convinced of the attractiveness of their local markets and have already launched market cultivation measures.
