Launched in 2000, FACT24 Notification and Conferencing Service is a successful high-security telecommunication solution that manages notification and alerting procedures in the event of emergency or crisis. While the new advanced service offering from F-24 will retain the name FACT24, the new product portfolio to be launched at the end of June 2006 will present a FACT24 product family comprising a total of four variations with differing data capacities, range of functions, flexibility and features. The new release of the proven FACT24 Notification and Conferencing Service will go under the name “FACT24 professional”. Development advances in the new version have primarily targeted extension of the service’s scope of performance, optimization of its user-friendly operation and new design. All members of the product family retain FACT24’s hallmark high reliability and data security standards plus the familiar ease of operation.
The new features integrated into FACT24 now include an “Info-Hotline“ function. This automated telephone hotline can be used, say, in the event of an emergency, to manage a large volume of incoming calls from the general public and supply up-to-date information. Callers with queries that go beyond the information given in the recorded message can also be forwarded directly to the company member responsible. Using an information hotline not only saves on the company’s personnel resources, but also prevents blocking of corporate telephone lines in an emergency or disaster.
