F24 becomes Aktiengesellschaft (Public Limited Company)
In preparation for the key challenges of the future, Munich company F24 GmbH has changed its legal form from German limited-liability company (GmbH) to public limited company (AG). The conversion to F24 AG was decided in response to the company's rapid expansion since its foundation in 2000 to become a leading provider of high-performance notification and crisis management telecommunication solutions. Over 150 prestigious international companies and organizations already use the services supplied by F24, making the company one of the leading application service providers (ASP) for emergency notification, alerting and communication.

“After six years of success with F24, we are now at the stage where we are exploring the company’s advancement by expanding into new areas of potential“, explains Ralf Meister, Managing Board Member of F24 AG, commenting on the conversion to an Aktiengesellschaft. "By converting F24 to a public limited company, we have selected a future-proof legal form that will enable us to involve strategic investors.“

The Supervisory Board members are Reiner Genes, Works Manager of Daimler Chrysler's Bremen works and member of the Bremen Chamber of Commerce Plenum and other trade and industry associations; Karl Schöpfel, since 2005 an independent management consultant specializing in finance and controlling and previously Managing Director of Munich management company Silvius Dornier Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH; and Prof. Dr. Oliver Hackl, until September 2005 Managing Director of trading company Saturn Electro Handelsgesellschaft, Oldenburg and since April 2006 Professor of Trade Marketing and Human Resource and Organizational Management at Ingolstadt Technical University.

The two founders of F24 GmbH, Ralf Meister and Christian Götz, are members of F24 AG’s new Managing Board. Ralf Meister (49) is responsible for strategic corporate development and is Corporate Finance Officer, while the responsibilities of Christian Götz (34) cover sales, marketing / PR and human resources. They are joined on the Managing Board by Manfred Lang (38), who has overseen product development and technical service operations since September 2005.
