Clients use FACT24 for Swine Flu Pandemic Planning
The FACT24 Emergency Notification and Conferencing service has become an integral part of many clients’ Pandemic Planning processes in the UK and Europe.

As part of their overall Crisis Management processes, Pandemic plans call for communication to all employees dependant on situation information and to address and respond to any crisis scenario.

Employees are the most important assets to any company. The company must be able to reach employees in the case of a Crisis scenario, Disaster Recovery or Disruption caused by the Pandemic and issue information and to activate contingency plans.

FACT24 is an integral part of this process. Clients are using, for example, the Contact data management feature to keep all employee contact data current and up-to-date. The Contact data management function allows all employees to verify their own contact data individually, quickly and easily, and uploads the revised and corrected data in real-time to the clients’ FACT24 account. Clients can then analyse individual alarm configurations for invalid contact numbers or other connection problems.

In this way, FACT24 again demonstrates its irreplaceable part in the corporate planning and resilience process.
