Extended Range of Applications
The FACT24 service now extends beyond notification and conference management to include integrated and cross-alarm communication in emergencies and crisis. A broad range of new developments and the new product edition FACT24 ultimate, a further addition to the product family, now offer a useful tool for ongoing crisis management. Here are the innovative features of the new product edition at a glance:

The new product edition not only enables notification, alerting and telephone conferences to be conducted at specific times, but also supports an ongoing exchange of information and documents all decisions and actions throughout the course of events.
In the event of an emergency, clients can use the functions of the FACT24 ultimate product version to launch cross-alarm alerting of persons, activate an international emergency call number and launch alarms and telephone conferences based on a previous alarm. In addition, the FACT24 Case Manager offers integrated management of crisis situations, enabling information to be exchanged and the precise course of decision-making, events and actions to be tracked in a crisis log.
