FACT24 ultimate is a comprehensive, innovative crisis management solution designed for major companies and corporations requiring the highest standards of integrated crisis management. This edition features the full range of functions and services for notification, alerting, conferencing and crisis management, with a maximum capacity of up to 480 parallel lines. The Ultimate edition enables key persons to communicate continuously in real time and also supports subscriptions to relevant message feeds from news portals as RSS feeds. The course of events is tracked and documented in a tamper-proof crisis log. In addition, development of custom features plus custom functions, processes and layouts is possible.
