Founded in 2000, the company is headquartered in Munich. F24 AG, along with numerous sales partners and four subsidiaries in London, Madrid, Paris and Prague, currently supports companies and organizations in more than 70 countries around the world. The acquisition of Dolphin Systems AG (Switzerland) in April 2016, expanded the product portfolio especially in messaging and the customer base to more than 850 key customers. This makes the F24 Group to one of the world’s leading service providers for alerting and crisis management solutions. F24’s customers mainly come from the following sectors: energy & industry, healthcare & pharmaceuticals, transportation, logistics & tourism, trade, banks & insurance, IT & telecommunication, and public organizations.


The various editions of the FACT24 alerting and crisis management service are flexible and able to meet the needs of small businesses as well as large companies and corporations. FACT24 is extremely dynamic and is available in a wide range of different languages.


In case of emergencies, clients use the FACT24 Cloud Service to manage everything from the initial onset of the crisis to successful crisis management and even post-crisis analysis. Managers and emergency personnel are alerted, decision makers are convened for ad-hoc national or international telephone conferences, and information hotlines are set up for residents, employees, or the media on short notice. With this service, thousands of people can communicate with one another within just a few minutes. Moreover, the Case Manager function supports web-based cooperation between all key individuals, the exchange of data, and the coordination of teams in different locations. The progress of the entire incident is documented in an audit-compliant crisis log.

The Internet and telephone systems used for this purpose feature multiple redundant structures and are designed for maximum availability. In 2010, F24 AG became the first company in the world to earn certification for its integrated information security (ISMS) and business continuity (BCMS) management systems according to the ISO/IEC 27001:2005 and BS-25999 standards. Continued annual audits by an independent, accredited institution, resulted in F24 being successfully re-certificated in 2013 to ISO / IEC 27001:2005, ISO 22301:2012 and PAS 99:2012.
